Kūginio ritininio guolio įvadas:
Kūginiai ritininiai guoliai yra atskiri guoliai, o vidiniai ir išoriniai guolio žiedai turi kūginius bėgius. Šio tipo guoliai skirstomi į skirtingus konstrukcinius tipus, pvz., vienos eilės, dviejų eilių ir keturių eilių kūginius ritininius guolius, atsižvelgiant į sumontuotų ritinėlių eilių skaičių. Vienos eilės kūginiai ritininiai guoliai gali atlaikyti radialines ir ašines apkrovas viena kryptimi. Kai guolį veikia radialinė apkrova, susidaro ašinis komponentas, todėl balansavimui reikalingas kitas guolis, galintis atlaikyti priešingos krypties ašinę jėgą.
Kūginis ritininis guolisTaikymas
Kūginiai ritininiai guoliai dažniausiai būna atskiro tipo, tai yra, kūginis vidinis žiedas, susidedantis iš vidinio žiedo su voleliu ir narvelio mazgo, gali būti montuojamas atskirai nuo išorinio kūginio (išorinio žiedo). Kūginiai ritininiai guoliai plačiai naudojami automobilių, valcavimo staklių, kasybos, metalurgijos, plastiko mašinų ir kitose pramonės šakose.

4. Patvirtinkite mokėjimą ir suorganizuokite gamybą.
